Salary - £32,000 – £35,000 OTE

Monday – Friday 9am-6pm some Saturday hours maybe required (Depending on viewings)

Full license and own car required.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of skills and experience that includes:

- Proven experience in property valuation and listing: Demonstrated ability to accurately assess property values and create compelling listings that attract potential tenants.
- Strong lettings management skills: Expertise in managing the end-to-end lettings process, from tenant sourcing to contract management.
- Business development acumen: A proactive approach to acquiring new stock, with a track record of building and maintaining relationships with property owners.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills: The ability to effectively communicate with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth transactions and satisfied clients.
