Our client a leading property investment and lettings/management company, established in 1985 based very close to Oxford St and dealing in London’s prime postcodes. They are an award-winning agency handling residential and commercial lettings, property management and property development and have extensive links with corporations and embassies and are seeking a full-time, Lettings manager with Property management experience to join their team.
Candidates should ideally have 2-3 years’ proven experience working in Central London, must be enthusiastic, well presented, confident, polite, possess first class communication skills and demonstrate a passion for property and a real determination to succeed.

Qualifications and Skills:
- ARLA qualified or similar
- Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to be understanding and fluid in decision making to an ever-changing market and work in a busy atmosphere.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts and challenging situations
