Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer - Walton on Thames

Salary up to £28,000, OTE £45,000 – Mileage paid

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm and Saturdays 1 in 3 (Day off in the week if a Saturday worked)

Driver with own Car required

Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator/Valuer with a great amount of experience and able to hit the ground running.

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator/Valuer who wants to grow and take on further responsibilities.  You will be friendly, confident, and organised and ready to join their team of high performing agents.

• Communicating with clients through a variety of platforms.
• Arranging meetings/viewings
• Helping people choose properties to view
• Supporting other agents to keep them highly productive
• Plus, general office administration
• Valuations
