Salary - £23,000 + Commission (OTE £53K incl. Car Allowance)
5 Day week - Monday to Friday: 9am -6.30pm, Every Saturday: 9am -4pm Day off during the week.
Our client is currently searching for a dynamic, results orientated and determined Sales & Lettings Negotiator, to join a successful team based in South West London. An independent estate agency, established for over thirty-four years with an excellent local reputation for amazing customer service.

Day-to-day duties include:
- Getting to know the local properties for sale and to let.
- Offering services to landlords & vendors
- Developing leads into viewings/instructions
- Carrying out viewings
- Business development from customers you deal with as well as targeting other properties on the market.
- Talking to purchasers and understanding their requirements
- Arranging and conducting viewings for property for Sale and to let
- Encouraging viewers to offer candid feedback.
- Negotiating offers
- Diary management
- Meeting with clients face-to-face to discuss requirements.
- Knowledge of Reapit software would be an advantage but not essential.
