Salary - £32,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm

Candidates should present themselves with professionalism and have experience within the property industry this role is front of house and involves a variety of administrative and customer service responsibilities in a fast paced environment.
An independently owned agency with a 35-year legacy, offers professional services across Lettings, Property Management, and Residential Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Meet and greet clients and contractors

- Answer and transfer phone calls, taking messages for colleagues

- Type property appraisals, create property brochures and window cards

- Upload property material information and client documents to our database

- Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and Land Registry searches

- Send offer letters, withdrawals, memorandums of sale, and invoices.

- Booking professional photos, floorplans and EPC’s.

- Submit weekly timesheets, record annual leave requests, and manage petty cash

- Oversee key check-in/out processes
