Generous Basic Salary& excellent commission structure offering £100k OTE
Do you have experience as a Successful Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager within the property industry?
Are you a hardworking and professional individual, with a passion to succeed?
Do you have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to motivate a team?
TheRole
Manage the day to day running of the branch
Drive growth and market share by overseeing and participating in all aspects of Sales
Winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market
Increase revenue and profitability through achievement of business
Setting and reviewing of office and personal targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service
The Candidate
Experienced Sales Manager
Extensive Listing Experience
Be target driven and tenacious
Be able to work effectively within a team
Good organisational and communication skills
Well-presented and personable
Polite and confident telephone manner, describing properties in detail
Good time management
Provide consistent feedback
