Lettings Accounts Administrator - Waltham Abbey
Salary £25,000- £30,000 pro rata.
Are you an Accounts Administrator with lettings experience?
We need you and your skills and experience working withing the lettings field to co-ordinate all things letting for this amazing Estate agency.
The role will be extremely busy and requires an individual who is efficient, able to work to tight deadlines and possess a strong analytical skillset with an excellent eye for detail. This is an ideal role for an individual looking to establish their career in the property industry whilst working in a great environment. Your winning personality, excellent Microsoft office skills and property knowledge will mean that you stand out as an obvious candidate for this position, and we really look forward to hearing from you.
You will have experience dealing with landlord accounts, rent enquiries, file completions, invoicing and all within an estate agency environment.
