We want a Lettings negotiator who absolutely loves what they do and wants to be part of a dynamic agency who cover a large part of North, North West and parts of Central London. Although their core area is concentrated in the triangle from Hampstead in the North, Maida Vale in the West and Camden in the East encompassing all areas within.
We are looking for a hard-working, bright, and motivated lettings negotiator to join an expanding letting business.
It is important that we find the right candidate to fit into an organization like this, and what is really important is that you know all about the North West London Market and preferably worked with the lettings industry in the area before. We want negotiators who are motivating and ambitious with a real passion for delivering great customer service.
All applicants should have a clean current UK driving licence, and own vehicle and live within an easy commute of the Borehamwood office.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client communications in a professional and timely manner.
Always deliver exceptional customer service.
Conduct viewings with prospective tenants.
Ensure all viewings are followed up and feedback provided to the landlord.
Answering general enquiries from potential tenants and Landlords.
Assisting tenants through the referencing process.
The package:
Basic salary £23,000 plus
10% - 15% commission
Car Allowance
Monday to Friday 9:00 - 19:00 and every other Saturdays 10:00 - 16:00
Ongoing training and support.
