£25,000 - £30,000 plus commission and car allowance
Working Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturdays 10am to 3pm (every other Saturday off)
Our client centrally located in Southgate is looking for a Lettings Manager to join their office. Solely in charge of the Lettings department you will work with the full support of the Company directors, giving you an excellent insight into the role they play in the industry.
The have a great business ethic working closely with their clients and this has worked very well for them for over ten years. The foundation of the business is built on recommendation and reputation.
You will be highly organised with your own car & full clean UK driving Licence. We are looking for someone to conduct viewings, agree lets with both tenants and landlords, reference tenants, be able to hold meetings.
Essential Skills:
You will be familiar with vebra
Experience agreeing your own lets
Familiar with Homlet referencing
Experience Managing and motivating a team
Excellent Knowledge of the North London property market
An understanding of tenancy laws
