Monday to Friday
£20,000 plus Bonus.
We are currently looking for amazing sales people to grow and develop new and lapsed accounts within a defined portfolio, For our client based in Enfield.
As Telesales Executive you will work with the team in the achievement of branch sales, profit and customer service targets. You will need to study reports, complete gap analysis on customer accounts, and constantly review customer trends with a view to identifying ways to increase sales and margin The sales role is a key element to the department and requires strong skills in negotiation and meeting targets. You will be highly motivated with excellent communication skills to succeed in this fantastic role.
Key responsibilities:
· Deal with all customer Enquiries for product and service information promptly
· Efficiently and courteously follow-up any enquiries.
· Manage out of stock items by communicating with purchasing and advising customer accordingly.
· Maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external teams.
· Ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved.
Skills & Competence:
· Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail.
· Always work be thorough and a methodical.
· Work at a pace that matches the requirements of the business and recognises the importance of timely completion of tasks.
· Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with others.
· Shares information and resources with others as required.
· Ability and willingness to follow instructions of management, and respond to requests from others in the team in a helpful manner.
· Ability to listen and understand information.
· Presents information in a clear and concise manner.
· Excellent communication with customers, peers and line managers and external stakeholders.
· Demonstrates respect for all individuals in all forms of communication.
· Understanding of X3 although training will be provided, Computer Literate, MS Office, numerate.
