£18,000 + Commission (OTE £35K) Car Allowance
We are currently searching for a dynamic, results orientated and determined Sales & Lettings Negotiator, to lead a successful team for our client who are an estate agency based in South West London. We are looking for someone with previous experience in a busy sales role, ideally someone that knows the area of South West London and has had previous valuation experience.

Day-to-day duties include:
Getting to know the local properties for sale and to let
Offering services to landlords & vendors
Developing leads into viewings/instructions
Carrying out viewings
Business development from customers you deal with as well as targeting other properties on the market
Talking to purchasers and understanding their requirements
Arranging and conducting viewings for property for Sale and to let
Encouraging viewers to offer candid feedback
Negotiating offers
Diary management
Meeting with clients face-to-face to discuss requirements
Knowledge of Reapit software would be an advantage but not essential
A proven ability of meeting and exceeding targets, local market knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
