£16,000 - £18,000 + Commission (OTE£30k) + Pool Car
We are currently looking for a switched on and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join this fantastic independent working in either their Edmonton or Hertford Office. The founder of the business (who is still very much active in both offices) prides himself on working alongside his highly motivated sales and lettings team in delivering excellent customer service to all clients and achieving the best results in any and all market conditions.
To fit in well in this team you will be confident, responsible, well presented and highly motivated.
The ideal candidate:
Professional approach to customer service
Ability to regularly multi task and work to tight deadlines.
Self starter, Determined, Ambitious, Pro active, Exceptional communicator, Competitive, Enthusiastic, Passionate.
Very well presented and polite and courteous.
Charming and likeable personality.
Very organized manner and quick learner.
Ability to accept constructive criticism.
