Monday – Friday 9am- 6pm

We have a wonderful opportunity to join a fantastic team at this established, fully accredited independent estate agency and letting agent. Their primary focus is to provide the highest level of customer service to their clients and ensure that their expectations are always exceeded.
Ensuring the Property Manager you support are able to maintain their Properties to a high standard.
Some duties and responsibilities:
To be the first point of contact for all phone calls for the team.
Respond within 24 hours to emails and phone calls.
Prioritise and effectively manage workload.
Maintain good relationships with Clients & site staff.
To deal with all day to day maintenance issues/problems.
Maintain good relationships with other departments.
Any other duties as reasonably required.
About you:
Excellent IT skills
Six Months Experience
Internal filing systems, mail and post
Be concise but friendly, and professional
Good Time management
Work with minimum supervision, and not be afraid to use initiative, but know the limit of your authority
Take pride in being up to date, work with others for mutual benefit of the properties you manage
