Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator looking to join an amazing company in West Hampstead?
If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join a leading estate agent in a fantastic location. A great agent who has years of experience and extensive knowledge of the local property market, they have the traditional values you would expect from a well-established firm combined with the latest innovations and technology, we offer a modern quality service. To succeed in this role you need to be a proactive self-starter who can prioritise and manage work autonomously. You must combine a confident personality with a customer focussed attitude. The successful Lettings Negotiator applicant must have their own car and a full, clean driving licence.
As a lettings negotiator you will:
Identify and register potential tenants
Secure maximum quality viewings, followed them up, and obtained offers
Undertake negotiations on behalf of the landlord and achieved successful lets
The Individual:
Outstanding communication and people skills
Local residential sales market knowledge and a keen interest in real estate
The capability to quickly build relationships with buyers, sellers and partners
The ability to develop strategies to grow the number of listings and optimise sales
Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Highly motivated and positive with a “can do” attitude.
