Salary circa; £35,000
Working Hours – 8:45am-6pm Monday -Friday
Our client is looking for a Senior Property Manager for their fantastic Crouch End Office. This growing office needs a senior member staff to lead their team as they continue to grow.
We are looking for confident & tenacious candidates with experience leading a Property Management team.
Duties include but not restricted to:-
Carry out periodic property inspections
Ensuring the entire managed portfolio are fully compliant (GSIs/EICRs/EPCs/PAT Testing/ Legionella Tests)
Obtaining quotes from contractors and arranging maintenance works
Approving all works with landlords
Serving Section 21 notices
Deposit returns
Booking Check outs and arranging end of tenancy cleans
Ability to manage their own workload and prioritize jobs as necessary
Be aware of the progress on on-going works
Respond to emails promptly
Managing a growing portfolio of around 150 properties
Essential Requirements:-
Must have safety legislation & deposit schemes knowledge, understanding of the Housing and Landlord/Tenants Acts
Must have strong verbal communication skills, and excellent written English.
Knowledge of the Jupix system would be highly advantageous
Driver with own car is desirable but not essential.
