Working Hours: 9am – 6pm Mon – Fri, Saturday 9am – 4pm (working every Saturday, with a day off every other week)
Our client has six branches across Hertfordshire and North London. Due to business growth they are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator for their offices in Barnet.
The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
ARLA Qualified
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move in
Previous lettings experience is essential
Full UK driving licence.
