Salary £20,000 plus commission (OTE £35,000)
My client are a dedicated team of property professionals who are deliberately non-stereotypical estate agents who are dedicated to offering a 5 star service.
They are looking for an ambitious Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their Camberwell team. Ideal candidates will be confident building and maintaining relationships with clients.
Duties will include:
Obtaining mortgage leads
Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors and associated estate agents
Maintaining applicant database
Negotiating offers
Co-ordinating sales to completion
Conduct effective accompanied viewings
