Basic Salary £22,000 OTE £55,000 - £70,000
Our client specialise in identifying wealth building opportunities across the globe. This includes UK & overseas property investment. They work with a wide range of clients, from individuals looking for 1 or 2 property investments, to overseas funds and institutions looking for large bulk purchases.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individuals with a proven sales track record, to join their dynamic sales force in central London. This is predominately a sales role, property experience is not essential, you may have experience in Recruitment, FX and financial services sales.
About the person:
Solid experience of working in a sales role and closing deals – not necessarily inproperty
Energy, enthusiasm and a positiveattitude
Should be goal orientated, target driven Self-motivated, organised and sociableindividual
Thrive on taking onresponsibility
Able to work under pressure to produceresults
You will be responsible for:
Advising on propertyinvestments
Advising clients and companies throughout the salesprocess
Closing propertydeals
Managing client’s propertyportfolios
Following up all salesenquiries
Building rapport and maintaining clientrelationships
