A property and facilities coordinator
Salary: £20k - £25k depending on experience (OTE £30k – 34k)
Hours : Monday to Friday 9am – 6:30PM Every other Saturday 10 – 4 ( ½ day off the following week)
Our Client is looking for a Lettings Administrator for their branch in Canada Water. You must be enthusiastic and responsible with lettings experience. The candidate will progress each lettings file and will also deal with all property renewals (where commission can be earned) and share the role of property inspections.
Requirements for the Lettings Administrator include:
Current Lettings or Property Management administration experience
A strong desire to pursue a career in estate agency
Excellent attention to detail
To provide an excellent customer service experience at all times
Build and maintain strong relationships with all clients and staff
