£12,000 - £15,000 + Com OTE £30,000 + Mileage Allowance.
Hours: Monday to Saturdays with a day off during the week. Bank holidays on a rota Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Our Client based in Hatfield is now looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team.
Candidates will have excellent negotiation skills, be articulate, well presented and keen to further their career with a leading company
Its is essential you are an experienced negotiator with a good understanding of the lettings process and the legislation involved to join our team and work within our busy office.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be prepared to work hard, add to our clients high reputation for honesty, service and excellent levels of communication.
Main Duties:
Work as part of a team in a competitive environment.
Qualify & respond to all leads.
Arrange & manage viewings by telephone.
Handle negotiations and offers between landlord and tenant
Provide applicant and landlord with regular feedback
Achieve monthly targets.
Handle queries and consistently update database relating to the whole property process.
Update window details, mail outs, targeted letter drops to key areas.
In addition to a passion for property and people, the successful applicant must have a:
Strong work ethic and ability to work without supervision.
Confident telephone manner and computer literate.
Ability to negotiate, problem solve, handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence.
Preferably knowledge of the local area
