Our client’s award winning office, are looking for successful Sales negotiators to join their Westminster based team.
We are seeking tenacious, charismatic and ambitious individuals with proven experience in residential sales, who can demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills and the best customer service delivery.
You will be responsible for building relationships with high profile and high net worth applicants, assessing their requirements, conducting viewings and of course, agreeing deals. This is an exciting opportunity for successful sales negotiators to establish themselves within the central London lettings market.
Requirements:
Proven track record within London's residential sales market
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Immaculate presentation
Able to build good rapport with ease
Self-starting with the desire to succeed
Outstanding negotiation and networking skills
