£12 - £18k PLUS COMMISSION
My client is currently looking for an ambitious Sales and Lettings Administrator/Negotiator to work within their branch due to increasing levels of business.
Administrator; to be responsible for managing and implementing our clients office systems.
The function includes an amount of reception and secretarial work.
A high percentage of the work is computer based.
Ideal candidate would have a keen interest in social media relevant to Estate Agency activity.
Car owner/driver
We would anticipate the successful candidate to integrate fully into the sales and letting activity of the office, becoming directly involved in sales and letting negotiation. So, this position could be considered as a trainee negotiator.
Working hours: 5 days a week, Saturday normally compulsory, day-off in the week
