Our client is an independent Estate Agency, founded over 30 years ago. The provide first class Estate Agency, Letting Agency and New Homes in Harpenden, Welwyn Garden City and St Albans. They are looking for an experienced Property Manager for their Welwyn Garden City office.
As the Property Manager your duties will include:
First point of contact for Landlord & Tenants
Organizing property maintenance
Submitting deposits
Check in & out appointments
Inspections & inventories
Tenancy renewals
Gas safety renewals / EPC's
Chasing rent arrears
Section 21's
Candidate requirements:
At least two years’ experience as a Lettings Associate, Property Management Associate or have practiced in a customer facing, role with transferrable skills.
A calm unflappable nature, with strength of character are pre-requisites of this role, as is the ability to build excellent long-term relationships.
A systematic approach, proven problem-solving skills and strong administration ability.
You will have drive, energy and ambition.
A positive ‘can do’ approach and someone who enjoys a busy environment is essential. Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence
Hours
Monday - Friday, 9am – 6pm
