- Lettings Negotiator - Twickenham
Our client provide residential sales and lettings, property management and financial services to the Richmond Borough and beyond. They are looking for Lettings Negotiator with at least 1 years’ experience. You will be responsible for your own database of applicants, guiding your tenants from first enquiry right through to moving day. This process includes:
Advising potential tenants immediately a new property comes on to our books
Accompanying applicants on viewings
Negotiating terms between the landlord and tenant
Liaising with inventory clerks, relocation agents and contractors
Throughout the lettings process you will build close relationships with customers and clients and enjoy a great deal of repeat business. Suitable Candidates will:
Be articulate
Have excellent interpersonal skills
Be able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 8.45am – 6.pm & Saturdays 9.30am – 4.30pm. (Saturdays on a rota basis)
