up to £21,000
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Progressor to join our clients Estate Agency in Croydon. The role will be progressing files, conducting move-ins and drawing up tenancy agreements. Ideally someone who has worked in a similar role.
Duties will include:
Sending out new instruction packs
Dealing with references,
Tenancy agreements,
Liaising with landlords and tenants,
Booking inventories,
Contacting the tenant in regards to renewals
Candidate must be/have:
Well-presented and have excellent communication skills
Great attention to detail
Great understanding of the lettings industry
Confident and articulate
Able to work on own initiative
Reliable and trustworthy
Hours - 5 day week working every Saturday
Monday - Friday 10am – 7pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm
