£16,000 + Com OTE £40,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance
Our client is a multi-award winning independent estate agent, covering the whole of North London, with over 25 years’ experience in residential and commercial sales, lettings and property management. They are looking for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator for their Highbury office.
Duties will include:
Getting new instructions
Arranging viewings
Booking valuations
Following up viewings the next day and reporting structured feedback to our sellers and landlords
Chasing, progressing and negotiating offers through to completion/move in
Undertaking tasks as directed by your line manager
