Salary – Up to £22,500- £25,000 (Depending on Experience) -OTE £35,000 - £50,000
Hours – Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm – 5-day week

Our client award winners for best estate agent in 2024, with a recognition for marketing, customer service and sales and lettings results are based in Gravesend and looking for a Senior/Sales Negotiator to join their established team.
The ideal candidate will possess ambition and the motivation to earn. Around 1-2 year’s Experience is required for this role, are you a seasoned professional ready to list or you may already have listing experience and ready to take the next step in your career.
Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, negotiating property sales. The role demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Care: Prioritise communication with vendors, providing instant and next-day feedback on properties and pricing. Understand clients’ motivations and affordability
- Sales Skills: Meet viewing and sales targets, conduct effective ring-out sessions, and negotiate offers competently. Prepare offer files to the branch’s high standards and identify peripheral opportunities, such as surveys.
- Conveyancing: Understand the role of solicitors in the conveyancing process
- Financial Services: Understand mortgage processes
- Booking Valuations: Book valuations confidently, asking the right questions to improve outcomes and demonstrate value. Follow branch best practices to maximise appointment success.
- Client Registration: Register clients using the framework, grading them and assessing personality types. Identify opportunities for valuations, financial services, solicitor referrals, lettings, or other branches.
- Communication: Answer calls within three rings, manage voicemails, and maintain accurate email account management with correct spelling and grammar. Take precise messages and report KPIs or cover for colleagues as needed.
- Time Management: Be punctual, deliver tasks on time, and maintain disciplined personal and office diary management. Use daily task sheets and allocate tasks promptly.
- Innovation & Culture: Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the business, such as setting up and maintaining the branch TikTok account or using WhatsApp Business. Foster a culture of teamwork, fun, challenge, growth, and excellence.
- Technology & Systems: Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and company CRM proficiently. Extract useful data from portals and utilise AI tools to support clients and the team.
Required Skills
- Client Focus: Strong interpersonal skills to understand and address client needs, build rapport, and provide exceptional service.
- Sales & Negotiation: Confidence in negotiating offers, meeting targets, and managing personal performance through spreadsheets and reports.
- Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office, company CRM, and portal data extraction. Ability to use AI tools to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
- Time Management: Disciplined approach to managing diaries, tasks, and deadlines while working efficiently under pressure.
- Communication: Professional telephone and email etiquette, with accurate message-taking and reporting skills.
- Innovation: Ability to introduce creative ideas and leverage platforms like TikTok and WhatsApp Business to enhance business visibility.
