Salary - £24,000, plus Commission
Driver not essential – Company Car or Car Allowance available
Working Hours- Monday – Friday – 9am – 6pm, Saturday 10am – 2pm (5-day week)

As a Lettings Negotiator, the successful candidate will be at the forefront of the property rental market, engaging with clients and tenants to secure the best possible outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Registering new applicants and matching them with suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
- Building relationships with landlords and tenants
- Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies to move in
- Uploading properties to portals and social media
- Keeping up with compliance
About you:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ambition, drive and willingness
- Organisation skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence (Not essential)
- Previous sales experience (preferred - not required)
