Salary - £20,000 + Commission (OTE £28,000)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm, Every other Saturday 9am – 2pm
Full licence & own car required
Our client, a leading independent agency with three offices and a rich history dating back to 1981, is looking for a Junior Lettings Negotiator to join their well-established team in Ealing. The role involves assisting with property viewings, liaising with landlords and tenants, and ensuring a smooth lettings process. You will be the face of the agency, representing their fantastic reputation with every interaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client communications in a professional and timely manner.
- Always deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct viewings with prospective tenants.
- Ensure all viewings are followed up and feedback provided to the landlord.
- Answering general enquiries from potential tenants and Landlords.
- Assisting tenants through the referencing process.
- Full driver’s licence and own car required
