Basic Salary £28,000 - £30,000 plus commission (OTE £55,000) & car allowance
Full Licence and own car required
We are keen to find a Sales Manager to join a multi award winning independent estate agent in North London based in their Finchley branch. Are you a Sales Manager who is looking for a well-respected brand to carve out your career with, this agent has a reputation for outstanding professionalism, they require an individual with a similar focus to join them in developing their already successful branch.

Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in residential sales
- Excellent management skills Listing and instruction winning experience.
- Ability to build strong business relationships.
- Focused to lead and motivate a team.
- Able to win new business.
- Full UK driving licence and car owner required.
- Working knowledge of the surrounded area is preferred.
The Individual
- Proven ability of meeting and exceeding targets.
- The ability to engage and work well within a successful team.
- A full and clean UK driving licence.
