Salary - £29,000 – £31,000 + 10% Bonus
Hours – Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
Hybrid working after probation 1 or 2 days per week

The Client Accountant position is integral to the organisation, working in close collaboration with the Property Services and Lettings teams. This role demands regular interaction with clients, ensuring that their financial needs are met with precision and professionalism. Duties
Financial Processing
- Allocate incoming cashflows in Reapit and 360, manage suspense account
- Raise property management and third-party invoices accurately
- Process new deals and set up financial schedules
- Process tenancy deposit refunds accurately
- Reconcile supplier statements, identify discrepancies, and chase outstanding invoices
Client & Tenant Support
- Handle client queries promptly & professionally
- Distribute landlord statements, income breakdowns and NRL6 certificates
- Assist with chasing late rent payments, update landlords
Compliance & Tenancy Management
- Process tenancy endings, changes of occupancy, and deeds in Reapit
- Ensure landlord compliance with the Non-Resident Landlord Scheme
Collaboration & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data in Reapit
- Attend weekly and monthly cross-departmental meetings
Essential:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent client accounting experience
- Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting &data manipulation)
- High attention to detail & accuracy
- Analytical mindset with ability to handle complex data
- Self-starter with a solution-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills, including a professional phone manner
- Organised, adaptable, and proactive — independently and in a team
