As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in managing incoming property enquiries and supporting canvassing activities to secure new business across two bustling offices in Palmers Green and Enfield. Your responsibilities will span across the Lettings and Property Management departments, requiring a blend of expertise and adaptability.

You will be responsible for:

• Meeting and registering new applicants


• Organising & carrying out viewings


• Providing detailed feedback to landlords whilst their property is on the market


• Maintaining regular contact with perspective tenants and landlords


• Negotiating offers received


• Developing an in-depth understanding of the local marketplace


• Working closely with colleagues to identify and maximise new business opportunities


• Leading our canvassing efforts, to secure new business and brand awareness across the areas we cover

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience within a Negotiator role or in a sales environment


• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills


• Impressive written and verbal communication skills


• A full and clean driving license


• Own vehicle


• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
