PEAR Recruitment – Lettings Negotiator – St Albans


Salary - £24,000 (Depending on Experience) + Commission and Mileage allowance £30,000-£31,000


Live within a 40-minute peak time commute to the office


Hours – Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6pm & every other Saturday 10am – 4:30pm


 


Elevate your career with a leading Estate Agency in St Albans. This esteemed agency is searching for a structured and diligent individual to become an integral part of their dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of 6 months experience.

This role is tailor-made for those who have sharpened their expertise over the last 6 Months and looking to progress their career within this esteemed agency.

Key Responsibilities: 



  • Conducting viewings and letting properties 

  • Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database 

  • Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback 

  • Facilitating a let through to move in 

  • Previous lettings experience is essential

  • Full UK driving licence.
