The role demands a proactive approach to tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial management, all while upholding the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for tenants regarding maintenance issues, tenancy queries, and general support
- Liaise with landlords to communicate tenant requests, property issues, and updates
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance and repair works with contractors
- Carry out routine property inspections and report findings to landlords
- Manage tenancy move-ins and move-outs, including inventories and deposit processing
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (gas safety, electrical checks, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records and update property management systems
- Support the wider property management team with general administrative duties
- Handle correspondence and documentation between tenants and landlords professionally
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property management systems a plus
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and a willingness to learn
- Previous experience in a property, customer service, or administrative role is desirable but not essential
