Basic Salary £20,000 - £23,000, Plus Commission & Car Allowance

Our client based on busy high street in Cheshunt are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team. This well-established and award-winning Estate Agency pride themselves on positive reviews and offering a stress-free client experience. What’s involved:

• Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors, and associated estate agents


• Maintaining applicant database


• Negotiating offers


• Co-ordinating sales to completion


• Conduct effective accompanied viewings.
