Basic Salary £25,000 - £28,000 OTE £50,000 - £55,000
Monday – Friday 8:45am – 6pm/Saturday 9:45 – 4pm with day off agreed during week
Pool car available – full licence required

Are you a Sales Negotiator looking to join a local independent Islington estate agency? You will be promoting and selling properties in Islington, Hackney, Highbury & Clerkenwell, you can be confident that you are joining a hard-working team who support each other.

They are looking for a negotiator who can offer a professional, hands-on service to their customers. Someone who is charismatic and will work well within this great team. These guys are one of the top 5 sales agents in Islington!! With customers returning time and time again, this is a company who have spent time building a trusted brand and will be looking for a negotiator who can continue to develop the business working with a similar ethos.

About the role:
Â
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective buyers
- Accompanied viewings with prospective Buyers.
- Registering enquiries effectively and arranging appointments to view suitable properties.
- Following up enquiries and maintaining a database of active potential buyers.
- Negotiating offers
- Working as part of the Sales team and covering other negotiators if required
- Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team.

You will need to be:
