Salary - £25,000 – £28,000 + Commission and car or allowance
Hours Monday – Friday 8:45am – 6pm, Every other Saturday 9am – 4pm

The role will involve:
- Qualifying potential buyers
- Drive a high level of business through the company.
- Identifying customer needs and matching them to suitable properties
- Viewing properties & negotiating offers
- Liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers
- Delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- The ability to negotiate.
- Sound business ethics
- Tenacity and be a self-starter.
- The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
