Salary - £32,000 (Pro Rata)
Monday – Friday - 10am – 3pm
An incredible opportunity has arisen with our client for a Lettings Progressor, to join their Sales, Lettings, Commercial & Property Management Estate Agency.
Established in 1989 they are a unique Letting & Management organisation offering traditional rental services. In addition, the practice is one of London’s most successful Rent Guarantee Service Provision Specialists. Procuring all types of property for Local & Central Government to fulfil their Emergency Housing needs.
The successful candidate must be highly motivated with experience within a property Management role, are you dynamic and organised with good people skills, articulate, ambitious, and focused on delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
• Pre-tenancy documentation
• Tennant Referencing
• Pre-tenancy checks
• Drawing up Tenancy Agreements
• Arranging Safety Certs (GSI, PAT, ESI etc)
• Coordinating Pre move in works
• Responsible for overseeing the referencing process for prospective tenants
• Handling queries from Tenants, Landlords, and other business on running files only.
Candidate must be/have:
- Well-presented and have excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Great understanding of the lettings industry
- Confident and articulate
- Able to work on own initiative
