Basic Salary £20,000 plus commission (OTE £55,000)
Hours - Monday – Friday 9am - 6pm Alternate Saturdays 9am – 4pm – 5-day week
Driver & Own car required

We are looking for a Sales Negotiator with the following skills:

Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange viewings & converting enquiries.
- Conversing with vendors and buyers to get the best results.
- Canvasing and prosecting new business.
- Delivering incredible Service and achieving 5 Star Google Reviews.
- Progressing your own deals weekly and updating clients frequently.
- Managing your own diary and making sure you are using your time efficiently.
- Make sure we are exceeding Service Level Agreements.
