As an experienced Property Manager, your exceptional organisational skills will be put to great use. Our client, a well-established and highly regarded estate agency, values the core element of property management within their business. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively will be crucial. As a Property Manager, your role will involve:
- Managing existing tenancies by arranging repairs to be carried out through contractors,
- Being the main point of contact liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants,
- Completing all pre tenancy works for tenant's moving in and moving out,
- Negotiations and actioning of end of tenancy deposit releases,
- Ensuring all properties are keeping up with current legislation,
- Dealing with Contractors,
- Organising and ensuring the security of keys,
- Completing inspections and property visits.
The Individual:
- Experience of managing a portfolio of residential properties, ideally London based
- Able to drive a manual car with full licence
- Excellent organisational skills
- A strong problem solver
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Strong written and verbal and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Proven customer service skills
