Hours – 5-day week includes Saturday Rota 10am – 3pm
Full license and own car required.

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards our client is known for. You will be responsible for managing the lettings process from start to finish, providing clients with a single point of contact. This approach not only enhances client satisfaction but also allows you to build meaningful connections and see the direct impact of your work.Duties will include:
- Working to both individual and team targets
- Working to develop professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Registering applicants’ details and keep in regular contact with them.
- Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants.
- Answer telephone and email enquiries
- Monitor and maintain up to date property availability.
- Register new tenancies.
- Update and maintain files ensuring that our terms of business, tenancy agreements are present and correct.
