Salary – £35,000 + Commission & Car Allowance (offer of a guarantee)
Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm, Every other Saturday 9am – 4pm

- Be confident hitting and exceeding sales targets.

Daily Tasks:
- Provide constant mentoring to negotiators to effectively carry out their duties.
- Ensure that targets are being met on a daily & weekly basis.
- Monitor stock list to ensure all photos, floor plans, descriptions, prices etc are up to date and show the property at its best.
- Proactively provide feedback and market commentary to vendors
- Proactively solicit new business by various means i.e. maildrop, porters, canvassing etc
- Oversee smooth running of the branch.
