Salary - £25,000 – £27,000, OTE £80,000 - £100,000 + £200 Car allowance

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively build and maintain relationships with applicants and Vendors.

• Fully qualify applicants gaining a thorough understanding of the applicant’s motivation for their search to design the best possible tour for them.

• Plan and execute viewing tours ensuring they are designed to be as structured and fruitful as possible.

• Assessing buyers’ financial position and referring them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors.

• Remaining proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up solicitors/buyers for documentation.

• Support the Sales Manager with the surplus of valuations, generally capped at £700,000.

• Assume responsibility for the running of the office in the Managers absence.

• Help promote and carry the brand to help build new business opportunities.

• Attend charity events, supported by the company.

• Replacing a member of staff who previously banked close to £800,000 in commissions. Key

• Knowledge and experience of the Sales market and conveyancing process.
