Role Overview:
The Lettings Manager will oversee a managed portfolio of approximately 450 properties, with an additional 300 properties under let-only and rent-collect schemes. The role involves conducting valuations, reviewing offers and files before they proceed to the admin team, and ensuring landlord satisfaction. The successful candidate will also manage the lettings accounts, including paying landlords and handling deposit returns.

- Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in a similar role within the lettings industry.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the lettings team effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail when checking offers and files.

Location:
This role is based in the Surbiton office, dedicated solely to lettings, with some interaction with the property management team located in Tolworth.
