- Property Management: Oversee a portfolio of approximately 150 properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.
- Tenant Relations: Arrange day-to-day repairs, keep tenants informed of progress, and handle tenancy renewals and early terminations.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor and chase any rent arrears, assess and negotiate the return of tenant security deposits.
- Inspections: Conduct regular property visits and inspections to ensure all properties are in optimal condition.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience: Around 3-4 years of experience as a Property Manager, currently in a similar role if possible.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Reapit software is highly advantageous.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with contractors, landlords, and tenants.
- Organisation: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
