Hours - Monday – Friday – 9:00am – 5pm, 1 Saturday per month 9am – 2pm

The Role:
- You will be managing a portfolio of between 150 - 200 properties
- Arranging compliance, GSI, ESI, PAT and EPC.
- Applying for PRPL - Private Rented property Licences with various boroughs.
- Booking and checking Management Inspections
- Negotiating the return of deposits between landlord and tenant (including co-ordination of any repairs, cleaning as required
- Advising utility companies when properties coming available
- Co-ordination of estimates and undertaking of repairs by contractors
- Negotiating and co-ordinating renewal contracts
- Day to day correspondence
- Preparation of tenancy agreements
- Serving of section 8 and 21 notices
- Collection of documentation from landlords and tenants
- Process re referencing with Homelet
