Salary £20,000 - £28,000, Plus Commission & Car Allowance
Driver’s licence and own car required
Our client is a Multi Award Winning Independent Estate Agent with contemporary offices covering North London, boasting an extensive trophy cabinet including Gold Winners for London Estate Agency of the Year and an unrivalled culture for their staff to thrive, they consider themselves to be amongst the best in the industry. They are currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator, welcoming applications from both trainees with around 3 months experience and seasoned professionals. Please send your CV for consideration. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting viewings and letting properties
- A confident valuer/ lister with a strong instruction ratio
- Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
- Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
- Facilitating a let through to move in
- Previous lettings experience is essential
- Full UK driving licence.
