Junior/Lettings Negotiator – Crouch End
Salary - £18,000 + Commission, £3,500 Car Allowance
Driver and own car required
Our client based in and around the North and Northwest London area have a fantastic opportunity to become part of an award-winning, Multi office independent family-run estate agency. They are a well-recognised and respected brand within the area and the industry. They are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team in Crouch End. Experience is not essential, but some knowledge of the property industry will be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting viewings and letting properties
- A confident valuer/ lister with a strong instruction ratio
- Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
- Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
- Facilitating a let through to move in
- Previous lettings experience is preferred
- Full UK driving licence.
The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
