Responsibilities:
- Business generation, canvassing and carrying out valuations to increase instructions and market share.
- Manage and develop your team.
- Set KPI’s and targets for your team.
- Liaising with landlords and tenants to gather and provide feedback on viewings and dealing with offers.
- Negotiating offers with landlords and tenants.
- All legal aspects.
- Experience in listing
- Experience with DSS
