Key Responsibilities:

• Qualify applicants and conduct professional and effective property viewings.
• Ensure all applicants are thoroughly and accurately qualified.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to vendors and applicants in line with company standards.
• Prepare and manage the production of sales documentation within company guidelines.
• Keep vendors consistently informed of all negotiations with prospective buyers.
• Attend and contribute positively to weekly branch meetings.
• Regularly liaise with management regarding any issues arising from managed properties.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and exceeding KPIs.
• Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and networking abilities.
• Strong customer service skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A full UK driving license.
• Own car (minimum 4 seats).
